Welcome

Hi, welcome to my life.  I'm a full time student at Hollins University, as well as a wife, and a mother to a three-year-old daughter.  I am pursuing a degree in English with a concentration in Creative writing.  I feel very lucky to have the support of my husband, Matt, who has already completed a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA.  He's financing this adventure and also makes amazing coffee, crepes, quiches, and omelets.  I love weekend breakfasts!  Ariana inspires me to be the best I can be.  I am convinced that the question "why?" accounts for a full fifty percent of her responses to any new information.  I have a nagging feeling that this should inspire me to search for the appropriate scientific facts and metaphysical theories but I think her questions would probably keep the entire library staff busy around the clock.  I love Hollins and all of the wonderful people I have met there. This blog will consist of random, sporadic posts written in between laundry, lullabies, and research papers.   I hope it captures the essence of the amazing and exhausting experience that is being wife, mom, and student.  Enjoy!
